Bring your whole self to work?

A popular mantra in many workplaces today is the expression “bring your whole self to work”.

The idea is that in a bid to embrace diversity and inclusion you don’t need to hide who you really are; but rather, bring your whole self to work!

Now I love this idea because as a Christian, I believe my faith is central to who I am, and it shapes everything I do, including my work.

So how can you help foster a culture where we can bring our whole selves not just to work but into all our daily interactions?

Even when we each might have a different way of thinking about things,

that’s a conversation worth having.
